Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran delivered a speech at the Commemoration of the Martyr Supreme Leader

H.E. Mr. Nassereddin HEIDARI Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Kingdom of Thailand attended the commemoration ceremony of the martyred Supreme leader of Iran Ayatollah Khamenei

H.E. Mr. Nassereddin HEIDARI, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Kingdom of Thailand, attended the commemoration ceremony of the martyred Supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei, on Wednesday, 8 July 2026.

In his speech, Ambassador Heidari commended the event’s organizers and acknowledged the global outpouring of sympathy from Muslims worldwide. He emphasized the millions of participants in the funeral processions and highlighted the martyr Supreme Leader’s enduring legacy as an imperishable guiding light grounded in justice, human dignity, and pursuit of truth.

The ceremony was held with the efforts of the Cultural Center of the Embassy of I.R.Iran, the Central Islamic Council of Thailand (CICOT), and Huseineeyah Bani Hashimin Thailand, on the premises of the CICOT, and was attended by H.E. Mr. Wan Muhamad Noor Matha, the honorable representative of Sheikhul Islam, Mr. Sonthi Limthongkun, a well-known media activist, as well as some other scholars, religious figures and a large number of Muslims and Buddhists.
