The Delegation of the Supreme Audit Court, who had traveled to Bangkok in order to participate in the 4th meeting of the Asian Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ASOSAI) Working Group on Disaster Management Audit, met with His Excellency Nassereddin Heidari, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Kingdom of Thailand. It is worth noting that the Supreme Audit Court, an institution derived from Articles 54 and 55 of the Constitution, is tasked with overseeing compliance with the laws and "auditing in accordance with laws and budgetary ratifications" across all financial processes related to the country's general budget, including disaster management, and acts as the supervisory arm of the Parliament.
