For what sin were they were killed? One hundred and one days have passed... But time can never diminish the depth of this obvious crime. One hundred and one days ago, the firing of an American Tomahawk missile turned a house of knowledge, hope, and childish laughter into a pile of ashes and blood, and 168 innocent young female students and teaching staff of Shajare Tayyiba Girls' Elementary School in Minab, southern Iran, into rubble.
Words cannot express the gravity of this crime against humanity. Children who had dreams as pure as rain, wanted to be happy, study, play childishly, and build the future of Iran; but the scourge of cruelty and war, before they even understood the meaning of life, deprived them of the right to life and killed these little angels.
History and the passage of time will never forget this crime and it will not be forgotten in the silence of international forums. A silence that is nothing short of pressing the missile launch button and is a seal of approval for being trampled in the slaughterhouse of arrogant policies.
The cry of the injustice of the young girls of the Shajare Tayyiba School in Minab will forever resonate in time. The blood of these innocents is a testament of the disgrace of those who have turned the world into an unsafe village for children. The dust of time will never cover this deep wound, and this case will remain open before the awakened consciences of humanity until justice is manifested and the perpetrators and supporters of this crime are completely disgraced.
May their memory be honored, and their names be eternal.
